Brz i jednostavan obrok, prepun divnih okusa. Fileti nisu klasično panirani, već obloženi mrvicama samo s gornje strane. Tako štedimo na nepotrebnim kalorijama, tim više što ribu trebamo sasvim malo poškropiti maslinovim uljem, za razliku od pečenja u puno ulja pri klasičnom paniranju. Naravno, tko voli drukčije, može sasvim lako dodati umućeno jaje i kroz njega provući filete, pa ih zatim obući u mješavinu s mrvicama i peći u pećnici ili čak u ulju. Prilog od pire krumpira, uz dodatak fete i šampinjona, zaista je odličan i cijelom obroku daje posebnost. Ja sam dodala i već gotovi, u Lidlu kupljeni hrskavo pečeni luk, a ako ga ne možete nabaviti, možete ga sami ispeći ili jednostavno sve napraviti bez njega (iako nije tako dobro).

7. Filete bakalara lagano premazati maslinovim uljem samo s gornje strane, namašćenu stranu utisnuti u smjesu krušnih mrvica, peršina, češnjaka, korice limuna i soli. Zatim ih, s paniranom stranom okrenutom prema gore, složiti u neprijanjajući oblik za pečenje ili vatrostalnu posudu, pokapati s ostatkom maslinovog ulja. Peči 12 - 15 minuta u pećnici na 180˚C ili dok nisu pečeni.
Odmah poslužiti s kriškom limete ili limuna i pireom s fetom i šampinjonima.

OdgovoriIzbrišiKrasno ispečeni fileti bakalara. Baš sam si mislila šta da s njima radim, to su oni Ledovi? Imam kod kuće jednog ribojedca, stalno moram nešto kemijat s ribama, a u ribarnici osim plave ribe mi je sve skupo.
