1. Patlidžanima odrezati vrhove i prerezati ih uzdužno na pola tako da se dobiju 4 jednake polovice. Žlicom ih izdubiti, sačuvati 100 g izdubljenog sadržaja. Premazati maslinovim uljem (1 žlica), izvana i iznutra, posoliti. Staviti na lim obložen silikonskom podlogom ili papirom za pečenje i peči u pećnici oko 30 minuta na 200°C. Izvaditi iz pećnice, odložiti.
