4 žlice maslinovog ulja, 1+1+2
1 luk, sjeckani
6 češanja češnjaka, sjeckanih
200 g zelene paprike babure (2 manje paprike), narezane na trakice
260 g tune (komadi), ocijeđene
1/3 šalice bulgura, kuhanog u 250 ml vode
Listići svježeg timijana
Listići svježeg bosiljka, usitnjeni
1 ½ čajna žlica morske soli
1 čajna žlica papra
Ribana korica ½ limuna
8 žlica Grana padana ili sira ribanca, ribanog
PRIPREMA:
1. Patlidžanima odrezati vrhove i prerezati ih uzdužno na pola tako da se dobiju 4 jednake polovice. Žlicom ih izdubiti, a 100 g izdubljenog sadržaja usitniti u multipraktiku. Odložiti.

2. Izdubljene patlidžane namazati maslinovim uljem (1 žlica), izvana i iznutra, posoliti. Staviti na lim obložen papirom za pečenje i peči u pećnici oko 20 minuta na 200°C. Izvaditi iz pećnice, odložiti.

3. Luk i češnjak pržiti 4-5 minuta na 1 žlici maslinovog ulja dok ne omekšaju. Pečeno usitnjeno meso patlidžana umiješati, peči 5-8 minuta dok ne omekša. Po potrebi dodati malo vode.
