Ovo je odličan kolač za svako godišnje doba, no predlažem ga baš sada jer je sezona krušaka. Dvoumila sam se kako da ga nazovem: kolač ili torta? Kod nas torta znači nešto fensi-šmensi s 1000 kora i 1000 krema, zahtjevno za napravit i još zahtjevnije za ukrasiti. Kolač podrazumijeva nešto jednostavnije i možda manje fino. S druge strane, torte se peku u okruglom obliku. Kako ga god nazvali, činjenica je da se priprema lako kao kolač, a rezultat je dostojan najfinije torte. Posebnost mu daju izuzetno kvalitetni sastojci. Bademi, koji diskretno krckaju u biskvitu, cimet i limunova korica čine neodoljivo aromatičnu kombinaciju koja će vas naprosto oduševiti. Med i jogurt kolač čine izuzetno sočnim. Aromatična medena nota potpuno ga prožima, kako biskvit, tako i opasno primamljiv pokrov od karameliziranih krušaka. One su ujedno njegov jedini i najljepši ukras.

5. Smjesu za biskvit sipati preko sjeckanih badema u pomičnom kalupu za tortu. Peći u pećnici na 160°C oko 50 - 55 minuta (čačkalicom ubodenom u sredinu kolača testirati je li posve pečen). Izvaditi iz pećnice i ostaviti 15 minuta da se ohladi.
